All of our beef is slaughtered and processed at a USDA inspected facility less than 40 miles from our home.  The meat is dry-aged for 4-5 weeks.  Except for Ground Beef, all cuts are vacuum-sealed.  All is flash frozen.


At this time we are not shipping beef.
All orders must be picked up.
